I'm Anousha Zaheer, an Automation Engineer based in Islamabad. I work as an RPA Support Engineer at Mercurial Minds, developing, monitoring and supporting automation built with UiPath, Robot Framework and Python. I hold a Bachelor of Computer Engineering from Air University.
I work across the automation lifecycle — workflow development and testing, Orchestrator deployment and scheduling, bot monitoring, exception handling and day-to-day production support. The processes I support serve HBL, Meezan Bank, Zong and foodpanda.
When a bot fails I investigate it, trace the failure to its root cause and resolve it, then work with the development and client-facing teams on the fix, the deployment and the documentation that keeps it from recurring.
Jan 2025 to present. I develop, monitor and support RPA solutions using UiPath, Robot Framework and Python, and provide production support for automation processes serving HBL, Meezan Bank, Zong and foodpanda. I investigate bot failures, perform root cause analysis, handle testing and deployments, and work with development and client-facing teams on enhancements and documentation.
Apr 2024 to Jun 2025. I delivered training in Python, SQL and Excel covering data analysis concepts and their practical application, and guided students through hands-on projects and real-world data exercises.

I develop, deploy and support automation that removes repetitive manual work. Day to day that means building workflows in UiPath, Robot Framework and Python, deploying and scheduling them through Orchestrator, and resolving whatever comes up once they are running in production. I also build WordPress sites with Elementor.

Two kinds of work: production automation I support for enterprise clients, and bots I have built end to end. Client entries describe my own involvement rather than the client’s processes.
Production support for a set of banking automation processes running at HBL. Day to day this means monitoring bots in the live environment, picking up failed runs, investigating incidents, coordinating fixes with the development team, and confirming the processes return to a healthy state.
Ongoing support for foodpanda’s wastage management automation — monitoring executions, handling failures, validating the output reports, and keeping the process running with minimal manual intervention.
Ongoing support for Zong’s automation processes: monitoring scheduled runs, investigating failures, troubleshooting issues and coordinating resolution of production incidents so the schedule stays on track.
Production support for automation processes serving Meezan Bank. I monitor scheduled runs, investigate failures, troubleshoot issues as they come up and coordinate with the development team so the processes stay reliable in the live environment.
A UiPath bot that monitors network latency dashboards, captures graph screenshots and emails hourly reports to stakeholders. It replaced an hourly manual check, so the reporting happens on schedule whether or not someone remembers to look.
A UiPath bot that turns a master overtime file into individual employee Excel reports, applying consistent formatting and structure so the output is readable and accurate without manual rework.
Alongside automation I build WordPress sites with Elementor — business and portfolio sites focused on clean layout, responsive behaviour and content the owner can maintain.
